The defendants, Mary Ann Seaman,' Charlotte Maria McKenzie, William Henry Burch, .Emily Jane French, Greorge" Frederick Burch, and Matilda Augusta Burch, were not, in respect to the premises in question, the heirs of Mrs. Burdock, but of William Burch.
