In this case, plaintiff Goff Group, Inc., has brought suit against defendants Greenwich Insurance Company and XL Specialty Insurance Company, alleging breach of contract, outrage, and tortious interference with business relations and seeking injunctive and monetary relief. Goff originally brought this lawsuit in state court, but Greenwich and XL removed it to this federal court based on diversity-of-citizenship jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1332, 1441(a).
