This action was originally instituted in the district court for Douglas County, Nebraska, by A. Horace Erickson, plaintiff, against the Metropolitan Utilities District, a public utility corporation created pursuant to statutes of the State of Nebraska, which will be referred to as the district, the individual members of the board of directors of the district, and the general manager thereof, defendants.
