This removed action comes before the Court pursuant to plaintiffs Motion to Remand (Dkt. # 5) filed January 28, 2004. As set forth in the Class Action Petition filed in state court, plaintiff Michelle Gra-bow, on behalf of certain investors and shareholders in the Janus Family of Funds (“Funds”), brought this action against Pri-cewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PWC”), a certified public accounting firm.
