This matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on February 18, 1988, on the Debtors’ motion, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f), to avoid the lien of Farmers Home Administration (“FmHA”) on certain of the Debtors’ farm machinery, equipment, and a vehicle to the extent the lien would otherwise impair their allowed exemptions.
