This appeal is from a circuit court judgment which denied reformation of a printed lease form contract. The lease in question was for a private house and the amount alleged as due under the contract is relatively small when compared to the disputed amounts we are more accustomed to seeing in the appellate courts. The relative smallness of the damages sought, however, in no way diminishes the importance of the legal issues raised or the defendants’ right to appeal.
