The plaintiff petitions for a new trial on the gx’ound of cei’tain alleged eri’oneous rulings of the justice who presided at the trial of the case in the Common Pleas Division, and also on the ground that the demeanor of said justice was prejudicial to him and prevented him from having a fair and impartial trial.
