This case is before the Court upon writ of certiorari to review the conviction of George Sterling Griffin of obtaining property by false pretenses. The primary questions raised concern the applicability and timing of the statute of limitations. The trial Court found that the statutory period had not been exceeded, and this was affirmed by the Court of Criminal Appeals. We affirm.
