Plaintiffs, Robert A. Sears, individually and as the testamentary trustee under the will of Redmond Sears, deceased, and Kor-ley B. Sears, appeal from the bankruptcy court’s1 order granting defendants’, Rhett R. Sears, Rhett Sears Revocable Trust, Ronald H. Sears, Ronald H. Sears Trust, and Dane Sears, motion to dismiss the plaintiffs’ complaint. For the reasons below, we affirm.
