FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF AETNA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY

This matter is before the Court on the objections of Hidden Lake Limited Part nership (“Debtor”) and HLS Partnership (“HLS”), a creditor in this case, to the proof of claim filed by Aetna Life Insurance Company (“Aetna”). Aetna opposed the objection and the Court heard the matter on November 8, 1999. The parties filed certain post-hearing briefs and the matter is now ready for decision.
