ORDER DENYING DR. PAUL DROUILLARD’S MOTION TO DISMISS

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs sued the United Parcel Service (“UPS”), Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. (“Liberty”) and Dr. Paul Drouillard under the Federal Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. Before the Court is Dr. Drouillard’s Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. # 32). Dr. Drouillard seeks dismissal on grounds that the claims against him are barred by the doctrine of witness immunity.
