MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
NOLAN, United States Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiffs have filed this securities fraud class action alleging that Defendants Household International, Inc. and Household Finance Corporation (“Household”) engaged in predatory lending practices between July 30, 1999 and October 11, 2002 (the “Class Period”). Arthur Andersen LLP (“Andersen”), Household’s outside auditor, was originally named as a defendant in the lawsuit but was dismissed on April 6, 2006 pursuant to a stipulated settlement agreement with Plaintiffs.
