Elmer E. Sensor and wife intervened in the receivership proceeding relating to the Quivira Development Company and asked for an order requiring the receiver, C. W. Trickett, and the attorney for the receiver, M. W. Borders, Jr., to account for and *371pay over to the interveners a sum of money. The court denied the relief prayed for, and the interveners appeal.
