The appellants are members of a New York partnership trading under the name of John Mack Associates (hereinafter referred to as Mack). They brought this action in the District Court against the American Security & Trust Company (Trust Company) of Washington, D. C., and the members of a Washington firm trading under the name of Dawson Export Company (Dawson).
