MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

McMAHON, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, thirty members of New York’s Chassidic communities, bring this action against defendant La Suisse, a Swiss insurance company, under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“Section 1981”) as well as several contract-related state law claims.
