Appellee, W. R. Littleton, is the father of the other appellee, Henry Littleton, a boy 14 years of age in 192l5. Prior to December 10, 1925, Henry Little-ton had been visiting- with his brother, Earle, in Vicksburg, Mississippi, where he contracted typhoid fever, and was confined for some weeks in a hospital. After being discharged from the hospital, he stayed with his brother some three or four weeks, and then decided to go home. He went to the station, in company with his brother, Earle, and cousin, M. S. Littleton, and there' bought a ticket to Newport, Arkansas, via Memphis, Tennessee.…
