BOND, Chief Justice.

This is a suit on a life insurance policy on the life of Dora T. Watkins, mother of appellee. The policy was issued on June 1, 1942, and the insured died on June 29, 1942, at St. Lawrence Hospital, Lansing, Michigan, from pyelonephritis — renal failure, superinduced by arterio sclerosis, "and chronic myocarditis — commonly called kidney disease.
