This was an action of replevin for certain goods brought in the distinct court of Webster county, in which action there was a judgment in favor of the plaintiff. The defendants prosecute this error proceeding.

The possession of the defendants, a sheriff and his deputy, before the institution of this action was by virtue of a writ of attachment under which a levy had been made in an action wherein the Nebraska Moline Plow-Company was plaintiff and O.
