Thomas E. Freeman, defendant and appellant herein, was charged with murder in the second degree in violation of section 28-402, R. R. S. 1943. A jury found the defendant guilty as charged, and the defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex.
