This is an appeal from the decree of the'hourt of chancery dismissing the orator’s bill. By its bill, the orator alleges that Charles M. Bliss had rendered services of great value for the defendant, under such circumstances that the defendant is legally obligated to pay for them, and that he had expended large sums of money in its behalf, for *202which the defendant is indebted to him.
