This putative class action has been brought by individual Plaintiffs, Frankie White and Leon Warner, against The Coca-Cola Company (“Coca-Cola”). White and Warner seek to recover long term disability benefits under an employee welfare benefit plan, sponsored by their employer, Coca-Cola, and governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).
