After a jury trial, Andrea Diane Williams was convicted of theft of services (misdemeanor) and two counts of obstruction of a police officer (misdemeanor) and sentenced to twelve months to be served on probation. On appeal, Williams challenges the sufficiency of the evidence as to each of her convictions, argues that her trial counsel was ineffective, and charges that the trial court erred when it denied her request to recreate the record or, in the alternative, for a new trial.
