This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment following hearing. Plaintiff Cristin K. Glenn filed a petition in the Iowa District Court for Polk County on April 19, 1999. She brings three causes of action against her former employer, Diabetes Treatment Centers of America, Inc.
