The information upon which this prosecution was commenced named the defendant as “Anton Zinkeris, alias William Palubinskos.” The defendant, after a hearing, entered into a recognizance with surety for his appearance to answer the charge at the next court of quarter sessions, his signature to the same beibg “William Palubinskos,” which he now asserts to be his true name. He. was indicted under the name of “Anton Zinkeris, alias William Palubinskos.” He entered the plea of not guilty, upon which the Commonwealth joined issue, and the trial resulted in his conviction.
