The Farmers and Mechanics Bank (the “Bank”), as Garnishee, has filed its Amended Answer to Writ of Garnishment and Demand for Setoff (Doc. 299) and requests that the Court enter an order providing that none of the monies in Defendant Weaver’s account be subject to garnishment. Plaintiff, American Home, who sought the garnishment, has responded to the Bank’s motion and the Court’s order to show cause. (Doc. 320).
