OPINION
ONION, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a building, where the punishment was assessed by the court at thirteen (13) years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
The record reflects that around 6:30 p. m. on November 13, 1975,- the manager of a White’s Auto Store in Dallas went to the service area to be sure the building was secured before closing up.
