MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROBERT L. EISEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

The plaintiff-debtor, Robert E. Johnson, filed a complaint against various defendants under sections 547 and 544 of the Bankruptcy Code. Subsequent to filing said complaint, debtor filed his motions for Summary Judgment against two of the defendants, Walker-Sehork International, Inc. and J.I. Case Credit Corporation (Defendants), alleging that said defendant’s security interests were improperly perfected and thus recoverable under the strong arm power of Section 544 of the Bankruptcy Code and the section 547 preference provision.…
