This is another in a series of cases which disclose — with far more frequency, at least in this District, than is consistent with inadvertence — an unreasonable delay in providing a parole revocation hearing to a parolee retaken upon a warrant issued by the Board of Parole pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4207.
