The plaintiff was indicted for murder in the Ralls Circuit Court, at the February term, 1830. At that term the prisoner was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. He then applied for and obtained a change of venue to the Boone- Circuit Court. When the cause, came there, the change of venue was deemed incomplete, and the Court of Boone sent the prisoner hack to Ralls Court.
