*1732Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon his plea of guilty of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 265.02 [1]) and driving while intoxicated (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [3]).
