This writ of error was brought to reverse a judgment of the Municipal Court of Chicago, in a fourth class case, in favor of defendants in error, hereinafter referred to as defendants.
On October 2, 1909, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, filed in said court a certain affidavit for attachment in which plaintiff stated that the defendants were “indebted to her, * * * in the sum of $840, upon seven shares of the capital stock of Swift & Company, an Illinois corporation, which were represented by its stock…
