TEODOSIO, Judge.

{¶ 1} Appellant, Andrew G. Palmer, appeals from the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

{¶ 2} This Court previously outlined the underlying facts in this case on direct appeal. See State v. Palmer , 9th Dist. Summit No. 28303, 2017-Ohio-2639 , 2017 WL 1749087 , ¶ 2-5.
