MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

JOYNER, District Judge.

This case has been brought before the Court on motion of the Defendant, Circuit City Stores for the entry of summary judgment in its favor as to all of the Plaintiff’s claims against it. After carefully re viewing the record evidence adduced by the parties and for the reasons which follow, we shall grant the defendant’s motion.
