[¶ 1] Mark Barnes seeks reconsideration of our decision affirming his conviction for the murder of his mother, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 201 (1983) 1 in the Superior Court (Pe-nobscot County, Mead, J.) following a jury trial. See State v. Barnes, 2004 ME 38, 845 A.2d 575.
