INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Maria Valleriani (“Plaintiff’) brings this employment discrimination action against Defendant Route 390 Nissan LLC, d/b/a Ideal Nissan/Irondequoit Suzuki (“Defendant”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
