The Wabash Railroad Company owns and operates a line of railroad extending east and west through the *1379town of West Grove. The appellant railway company uses this track of the Wabash Railroad Company for the movement of its trains from Moulton to Bloomfield. The depot at West Grove is on the north side of the main track. There is a sidetrack also north of the main track, which starts at a point some distance west of the depot and extends a considerable distance east of the depot. The grain building which was burned was located on the north side of this sidetrack, and was approximately 75 yards…
