Mrs. Ransom brought suit against the Georgia Southern & Florida Railway Company to recover damages for an. alleged tort of a conductor of a passenger-train in addressing to her certain language which she alleges was “unnecessary, cruel, wilful, and wanton, and was intended to and did cause her great mortification, mental pain, and humiliation.” She recovered a verdict for $1,000, and the case is here on exception to the judgment over*278ruling the defendant’s motion for a new trial.
