Thé amended bill of complaint of Bobert W. Dunlop against O. Ford Seeley alleged a partnership was formed on or about July 22nd, 1924, between the plaintiff and the defendant, and that the partnership continued until March 1st, 1926, when it was terminated, the plaintiff having faithfully performed his part of the contract.
