The Three Forks Coal & Coke Company of Garrett County, a Maryland corporation, on October 19th, 1906, conveyed to the Commercial Trust Company, of Philadelphia, a Pennsylvania corporation, certain coal lands in Garrett County, in trust to secure an issue of bonds aggregating in par value $80,000 and payable in fifteen years, hereinafter called “first mortgage bonds.” The equity of redemption in the property, by several mesne conveyances, became eventually vested in the Manor Coal Company, a corporation and one of the appellants, and that company conveyed it by two mortgage deeds of trust,…
