OPINION
BRYNER, Chief Judge.
Michael Cannizzaro was convicted of failure to appear in violation of AS 12.30.060(1) and was sentenced to two years and three months with two years suspended. Canniz-zaro appeals, claiming that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss based on his allegation that he was denied the right to a speedy trial. We affirm.
