ORDER

THRASH, District Judge.

This is an action for employment discrimination brought pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq, and breach of the duty of fair representation under Section 301 of the Labor-Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185. It is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. 32], and Defendant’s Motion to Strike [Doc. 37]. For the reasons set forth below, the Court grants Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and denies as moot Defendant’s Motion to Strike.
