In this original petition brought under the workmen’s compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, the petitioner is seeking compensation from the respondent for total incapacity by reason of having contracted out of and in the course of his employment a certain skin disease. After a hearing in the superior court the petition was denied and dismissed, and the petitioner duly prosecuted his appeal to this court.
