—Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Sullivan County (Kane, J.), rendered April 7, 1994, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of two counts of the crime of burglary in the second degree.

In full satisfaction of two indictments charging defendant with burglarizing two separate residences, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary in the second degree. He was sentenced as a second felony offender to two concurrent terms of 4 to 8 years in prison.
