Beaufort Memorial Hospital (Hospital) appeals from the trial court’s decision declaring certain contents of its Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) file discoverable and ordering a new trial. We reverse.
FACTS
In February 1999, Danny R. Prince was admitted to Hospital’s care after suffering a work-related injury. On February 17, 1999, Prince was discovered after falling to the roof of the hospital building, one floor below his room’s window.
