*968Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lasak, J.), rendered January 23, 2007, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, burglary in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the first degree, robbery in the third degree, and grand larceny in the fourth degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing (Blumenfeld, J.), of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
