THIS MATTER came on to be heard by the Court on two complaints filed against this Debtor by Sol-Tabb, Inc. (“ST”) and Raymond A. McGee (“McGEE”), respectively. Each of these adversary proceedings was tried before the Court separately however, as will be discussed further hereinbe-low, both adversary proceedings concerned the same subject matter and, essentially, sought the same relief.
