THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the trustee’s claim for fraudulent transfer and turnover of certain assets pursuant to 11 U.S.C., § 544(b) and further upon the complaints filed by the creditors, Yacht Investors, Inc., Burns Craft S.E.
