WOLLMAN, Justice.

Defendant was charged with aiding and abetting the commission of the crime of robbery in the first degree. He was found guilty by a jury of the offense of robbery in the second degree and has appealed from the judgment of conviction entered on the verdict.

On the night of October 19, 1975, one Wesley Cochrun pointed a gun at a checkout clerk at the Kwik-Chek grocery in the city of Sioux Falls, told the clerk that it was a hold-up and that he wanted all of the money, and threw a pillow case at her.
