Tumolo Nomination

We have before us two petitions to set aside the nomination papers of Nick Tumolo as candidate for councilman for the First Councilmanic District of Philadelphia in a special election to be held on November 4, 1969, to fill a vacancy in said office. Mr. Tumolo, respondent herein, has also filed a motion to strike the petition filed herein by William J. Devlin and William Cottrell.
