WILNER, Judge.

There are two questions presented in this appeal: will an action in trover lie to recover a debt arising from an overpayment of money and, if so, when does that action accrue for purposes of the statute of limitations?

The relevant facts are as follows.

Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company (Commonwealth) is a sophisticated national company that is in the business of selling title insurance and handling real estate and refinancing settlements.
